These small 1/48th scale pots are suitable for plants and flowers. Use the Grassy Tufts or Clump foliage to fill them and then either add Fine Flowers or Punched Flower shapes.

They measure approximately 3/16" or 5mm tall and 3/16" or 5mm wide at the top.
They could also be used in 1/24th scale scenes and as very very tiny pots for 1/12th scale.
