About The Miniature Garden

Hello my name is Georgie Steeds, I am designer, photographer, kit production department, packing and shipping department of The Miniature Garden.

The Miniature Garden started in 1991 with a small range of ready made plants, an invitation to Exhibit at The London Dollshouse Festival turned what was a hobby into a business.

After several years of concentrating on ready made plants, I realised that there were a lot of people who loved to make things for their dollshouses.

There is nothing like the satisfaction you feel when someone admires a plant or garden and you can say "I made that".

So the range of kits was born, there are now over 100 1/12th scale kits and 45 1/24th scale kits.

After several years of running a successful Etsy shop I have decided to have my own stand alone website.
